As soon as she finished her studies, she joined the family company Iktinos, in which she is responsible for the new products development and the application of marbles and granite in contemporary interior design.
Η Λυδία Χαϊδά ασχολήθηκε με την οικογενειακή βιομηχανία μαρμάρων Ικτίνος, συμμετέχοντας στο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο, αμέσως μόλις ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της στην Αρχιτεκτονική στη Ρώμη και στη διακόσμηση εσωτερικών χώρων. Στην εταιρεία Ικτίνος είναι υπεύθυνη για την ανάπτυξη και το σχεδιασμό νέων προϊόντων και τις διακοσμητικές εφαρμογές μαρμάρων και γρανιτών.
