His music has been performed in all major Greek theatres and concert venues ,including the ancient Epidaurus theatre, the Onassis Cultural Centre, the Megaron Concert Hall, and also in the UK (London), China (Macao), Italy (Naples), Germany (Berlin), Nederland (Amsterdam) and Bulgaria (Sofia).
Ο Σταύρος Γασπαράτος είναι μουσικός και συνθέτης με μεγάλη αγάπη στην ψηφιακή μουσική. Δημιουργίες του έχουν ερμηνευθεί σε πολλές θεατρικές και άλλες καλλιτεχνικές παραστάσεις στο Αρχαίο Θέατρο της Επιδαύρου, στη Στέγη Γραμμάτων και Τεχνών του Ιδρύματος Ωνάση, στο Μέγαρο Μουσικής, αλλά και σε πολλές άλλες χώρες, όπως στην Αγγλία, στην Κίνα, στην Ιταλία, στη Γερμανία, Ολλανδία, Βουλγαρία.
