Materials -
• Two 6" and 7" round cakes — made using three batches of our White chocolate mud cake (http://cake.style/2016/03/24/white-ch...) cut into 2 layers, each 30mm (1 1/4")
• Two batches mocha buttercream — link above
• 700g Sweet buttercream (http://youtu.be/D64OhiUe4f4), made with half shortening, half butter, and tinted with Americolor Whitener, and the tiniest amount of Americolor Regal Purple
• 20g (0.7oz) Modelling chocolate tinted with Americolor Leaf Green
