Фильм «ВТОРАЯ ПРАВДА ПРО 11 СЕНТЯБРЯ. Расследование с нуля», создан на основе материалов расследования Джульетто Кьезы — популярного итальянского журналиста, общественного деятеля и политолога.

Фильм, который подготовлен международной группой документалистов и экспертов под руководством Джульетто Кьезы — депутата Европарламента, в Европе стал сенсацией 2007 года. Эта картина вызвала огромный общественный резонанс на Римском кинофестивале и Европейском парламенте во время показа.

В фильме задано очень много вопросов, на которые уже семь лет нет ответа. Например, где записи камер видеонаблюдения, которые расположены вокруг Пентагона, куда пропали обломки самолета, который врезался в здание Пентагона, как могло произойти так, что стальные башни Всемирного торгового центра сложились, как простой карточный домик, на свое основание, даже не задев другие здания?

Джульетто Кьеза рассказывает, что произошло после одиннадцатого сентября. Началась война в Афганистане, затем — война в Ираке. По его словам, мир сегодня стал намного беспокойнее, чем раньше, ситуация ухудшается.

В этой программе участники — реальные очевидцы трагедии, произошедшей в Нью-Йорке одиннадцатого сентября 2001 года. Наряду с реальными очевидцами показаны и эксперты, разделившиеся на сторонников и противников данного фильма.
Фильм был снят по материалам расследования Франко Фракасси, Джульетто Кьезы, Паоло Бьянки.
