Опубликовано: 24 авг. 2012 г.This is the quintessential Aaron Funk LP, in my opinion, and also my personal favorite. Originally intended to be titled «Stupid Chocolate Wheelchair», Venetian Snares's second album of 2003 follows up on the previous year's Higgins Ultra Low Track Glue Funk Hits 1972-2006 in what would prove on future releases to be a more conventional fashion for the prolific producer. Funk puts on the map his bizarre and eclectic sampling tendencies, with an X-Ray Spex sample, an elusive Britney Spears sample, soundbites from The Love Bug, a Mötley Crüe remix, and a rendition of the Sesame Street theme song using a snare rush for an instrument. Yeah give this album a listen, it's great.
